 Sergio Marchionne | Born in Chieti (Italy), Sergio Marchionne has a dual Canadian and Italian citizenship. He is a barrister and solicitor. He began his professional career in Canada. From 1983 to 1985 he worked as a chartered accountant and tax specialist for Deloitte & Touche. From 1985 to 1988 he was Group Controller and then Director of Corporate Development at the Lawson Mardon Group of Toronto. In 1989 and 1990 he was Executive Vice President of Glenex Industries. From 1990 to 1992 he was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Acklands Ltd. Still in Toronto, from 1992 to 1994 he was Vice President of Legal and Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer of the Lawson Group, which was acquired by Alusuisse Lonza (Algroup) in 1994. Between 1994 and 2000, he covered various positions of growing responsibility within Algroup, Zurich, becoming Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. He was then at the helm of the Lonza Group Ltd, after its demerger from Algroup, as Chief Executive Officer (2000-2001) and then as Chairman (2002). In February 2002 he became Chief Executive Officer of the SGS Group of Geneva, a world leader in the field of company verification, testing and certification services. In March 2006, he was appointed Chairman of the Company. In addition, he is a member of the Supervisory Board of Hochtief and of the Board of Directors of UBS. He is a member of the General Council of Confindustria (Italy's Employers' Association), of Assonime (Association for Italy's limited liability companies) and of Unione Industriale di Torino (Employers' Association of Turin). He is a permanent member of the Fondazione Giovanni Agnelli and is a Cavaliere del Lavoro. In 2006 and 2007, he was President of ACEA (European Automobile Manufacturers Association). Mr. Marchionne has been a Member of the Board of Fiat S.p.A. since May 2003 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company on June 1, 2004. In February 2005 he was also appointed CEO of Fiat Group Automobiles and in April 2006 Chairman of CNH (Case New Holland) Global N.V.
|  Harold Boyanovsky | In a career spanning over 35 years, Harold Boyanovsky has acquired a vast array of experience in the agricultural and construction equipment business, including managing production, implementation of supply chain strategies and the development of new product programs. Mr. Boyanovsky began his career in 1966 by filling various field sales and marketing positions at International Harvester. After being named Combine Project Manager in 1979, Mr. Boyanovsky began managing the crop production strategic business unit in 1980. In 1982, he was named Director of Marketing for North America, and became General Sales Manager one year later. Mr. Boyanovsky joined J.I. Case in 1985 as Managing Director, and in 1991 served as Director of Business Development and Marketing for Case Europe. In 1994, he was promoted Vice President Product Support, and in 1996 was appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Case Construction business in North America. In 1998, he became Senior Vice President and General Manager for the North American Region, and was appointed President Worldwide Agricultural Equipment Products in November 1999. In September 2002, he was appointed President Construction Equipment Business. On March 1, 2005, he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of CNH.
|  Randal (Randy) Wayne Baker | Randal (Randy) Wayne Baker was appointed President of Case IH Agricultural Equipment Inc. after serving CNH as Senior Vice President for Logistics and Supply Chain from October 2005 until October 2006. From 2004 to 2005, as Vice President North America Marketing, Mr. Baker directed the CNH agricultural marketing, parts and service operations. His background includes 20 years in the construction and mining industry, and he has operational experience in marketing, service and customer support, quality systems and domestic and international sales. Mr. Baker received a Bachelor of Science degree in mining engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 1986.
|  Barry Engle | Barry Engle was appointed President of New Holland Agricultural Equipment in 2008 after serving in a variety of positions with Ford Motor Company. He joined Ford in 1992 and gained extensive international experience with senior level posts in marketing and sales, strategic planning and general management. Most recently he was the President and CEO of Ford of Canada. Previously he was President, Ford of Brazil & Mercosul. He also has first-hand automotive retail experience, having been a Chrysler Plymouth Jeep dealer in Salt Lake City, Utah. Before becoming involved in the auto industry, he held finance and marketing positions in consumer packaged goods with General Mill, Inc. and Nabisco Brands, Inc. Mr. Engle holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in economics from Brigham Young University.
|  Franco Fusignani | Franco Fusignani is President of CNH International SA. He has responsibility for New Holland Agriculture and Case IH, New Holland Construction and Case, respectively the agricultural and construction brands of CNH, in Africa, the Middle East, CIS, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, with a special focus on China, Turkey, India and Japan for the local presence of industrial and commercial JVs and manufacturing activities. After joining the Fiat Group in 1970 as an engineer, he held a variety of positions within the industrial and business' activities of the Group. In 1978, Mr. Fusignani took the lead of the Fiat diesel operations - trucks, buses and engines - in Latin America. In 1981, he established the new Fiat Diesel Engine Division in Europe. In 1986, Mr. Fusignani was appointed Vice President of the Industrial Construction Equipment operations. In 1996 he took the lead of the International Agricultural business establishing new industrial presence in Poland, Turkey, India, China and Mexico and strengthening the commercial presence in Africa, the Middle East, CIS and Asia. Before being named President of CNH International SA, he served as Senior Vice President of CNH Agricultural Industrial Product Development. In 2009, he was assigned responsibility for the entire Construction operations within CNH International, in addition to his current responsibilities for the Agricultural operations.
|  James E. McCullough | Jim McCullough is responsible for all CNH Construction Equipment operations worldwide, including Case, New Holland and Kobelco brands. Mr. McCullough joined the Group in 1989 and, starting as a Regional Sales Manager for Case, has worked his way up through the organization, amassing a wealth of experience and knowledge in US and international markets. He has served as a Regional Sales Manager, the Vice President of North American Construction Equipment Sales & Marketing and CEO of Case Construction Equipment Worldwide. He also serves on the Boards of several US and Asian companies. Mr. McCullough's experience earned him the role as Chairman of the Global Public Policy Committee for the Association of Equipment Manufacturers along with a position on the Executive Council. He holds a bachelor's degree in management and marketing from the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science, and he completed the Dartmouth College Tuck Executive Program.
|  Steven Bierman | Steve Bierman has been appointed Chief Financial Officer for CNH on an ad interim basis. He continues to serve as President of CNH Capital, the financial services affiliate of CNH Global, N.V. Mr. Bierman joined the company in 2005 as Vice President, Commercial Finance and was later appointed President. Prior to joining CNH Capital, he was Chief Information Officer for Fremont Investment & Loan, a $10-billion thrift with residential and commercial real estate lending operations throughout the U.S. He joined Fremont General Corporation in 1998 as General Manager for the firm's Syndicated Lending Group, and was later promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Bierman's experience also includes ten years with General Electric (GE) Capital, where he contributed to several key growth initiatives, including the firm's $2.5-billion acquisition of Gelco Corporation and the joint venture with Penske Truck Leasing. Steve later transitioned into commercial lending for GE Capital, where he served as a co-leader for risk management in the western United States. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
|  Pierre Fleck | Pierre Fleck was appointed President of CNH Parts & Service after serving as executive vice president Parts & Services for Fiat Group Automobile since 2006, a position he retains. Before joining the Group in 2005, he held a variety of positions with Alcatel from 1989 and 1991 in Germany, Valeo Electrical Systems and Distribution from 1991 to 2000 and Honeywell Friction Materials from 2000 to 2006, in the fields of sales and marketing, distribution and after sales. Mr. Fleck holds an MBA from IEA, the Institut Europaen des Affairs in Paris.
